Cold weather agony

[CLCP]

I am 19 weeks pregnant and for the last few weeks I have been experiencing excruciating breast/nipple pain when I go outside. Granted it is particularly cold at the moment but if I am walking to the car I can't drive until it calms down which usually takes a good 5 minutes. It feels like a burning sensation and has bought tears to my eyes. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I will mention it my midwife when I see her next but in the meantime i would really appreciate any advice.

Try put something warm like a hot water bottle wrapped up on your chest for a bit before you go out and warm up your clothing vest bra etc I know it's hard hun breast pain really does take over. I hope you get some relief soon. Do mention it to midwife could be something going on but I'm sure it's normal parts if pregnancy.

I put my scarf on the radiator this morning and wrapped it around me this morning, looked 8 months pregnant but it did help! Thanks!

Ugh I had HORRIBLE breast pain with my son now 12 months, I couldn’t sleep because of it and the shower stream omg 😲! I’m pg now with a girl and have a 10 yr old girl and fine with both, so for me seems to be a boy thing. Try putting your coat on radiator or something before you leave xx

Of course! I had lots of dreams I was having a boy and a lot of friends think boy but recently i have started saying she without realising! Haven't got a clue basically!
