I have my implanted removeed 22nd December 2017, I went on the pill had a period in January 2018 I also missed a tablet one day in January. But now I'm 19days late of my period I took 2 tests and both come back negative...? Is it the pill or is it that I'm pregnant?

Most likely the change in contraception. Tests would show a pregnancy at this stage.
