There things that are beyond science but only God who knows . l have done all test that are safe but they can not see my babies or baby. It hard for any mum not to know what is happening. Am due in April.

For those who believe in God remember me in prayers. My tummy is big now and l feel them playing all the time.

The Doctors here ??? Not knowing what to say and waiting for the day.

Thanks l feel all the movement but ultrasound nothing showing.l had to request the Doctor in April to do C - section.

The Doctors say they do operation since it was less than 2 months saying if what am feeling and the tests shows nothing then why not remove the Uterus. I close my fingers never to be sick because they do not understand what am saying or feeling.

You know if you have your uterus removed there's no chance to get pregnant in the future... what if there is no baby ? Which country are you in? I really think you need to sit down and have a proper chat with your doctor ... something doesn't sound right... no doctor would do a c section when they can't see a baby in the scan and it definitely isn't an indication for a hysterectomy (uterus removal).

We did a chat with more than one Doctor and that why l said no to operation it only few months it is April l will be here to tell all of you and the world that l was right because I know that l have my babies with me l do not know how to say all l know am expecting my Angels. Am from Africa.

I don't really understand this post, are you saying that you think you're 6 months pregnant but that there are no babies on the ultrasound scan? If there is nothing to see on the ultrasound then unfortunately you can't be pregnant, there is no where for the babies to hide and two foetus at 6 months old woukd be big enough to see clearly. If your tummy is getting big then it might be that you have a medical condition, either way if you've convinced yourself that you're pregnant when there is no way that you can be then you need to get some medical help. You need to sit down and explain to your gp what's happening and get them to do some further tests so find out why your tummy is getting bigger.

I have done that and l bit the best thing to do is wait it only few months then by this we will see who is right.somethings happen with a reason.

It sounds crazy but l will defend my babies or baby with prayers.

I would definitely get a second opinion. Any doctor that agrees to perform a c section when there is visibly no proof of your pregnancy is a bit concerning. I know this must be hard for you but I can't understand how you can be pregnant when at 6/7 months no baby can be seen. We saw the sac of our baby at 5 weeks and saw our baby at 7 weeks. Now at 30 weeks there is no missing him.

in reply toMajor2116

None of this makes sense, why would a doctor agree to do a c-section when they didn't think the patient was pregnant? And why would they remove the uterus? And why would a c-section be necessary in the first place, when if she is pregnant then surely she could just give birth vaginally? I think this lady is only telling us half the story and feels like she's attention seeking a little bit. She gives vague answers to questions and doesn't seem to take on board anyone's comments. I personally am finding this very hard to believe.

I have just done some research on a cryptic pregnancy out of pure curiosity and actually you could be right. It is possible for a baby in a cryptic pregnancy not to be seen in an ultrasound scan for numerous reasons.

I'm sorry but googling on the internet does not equal research... well not good quality anyways... there's a particular website that goes on about cryptic pregnancy but has ZERO real evidence. About pregnancies lasting years!!! Funnily this website also has a disclaimer at the bottom!

I don't think encouraging obsessional behaviour is a good thing.

If this were truly something that happens a medical journal like the lancet would have their hands all over it!

An ultrasound (in good hands) can pick up gallstones which are in the size of mms.. a baby and enlarged uterus are difficult to miss at 6 months! At 6 months the uterus will be well above the button (about 30 weeks) so you would also be able to feel a uterus with a hand from the tummy! Let alone if twins!!!

I'm worried there will be major disappointment come April. Also if a doctor is planning an op... maybe there's more to it than we know, people brains are powerful things but do play funny things

If you read my previous comment then you will see I have said it is concerning about a doctor willing to perform an ok when there is no proof of pregnancy.

Not once did I say that she is having a cryptic pregnancy nor did I encourage her thought process. I am saying it has been heard of in the past although it is very very uncommon.

I do think being harsh is not a way to talk to people hence why I have put I know it can be hard for her but it is highly unlikely.

If you're going to comment being confrontational then I'd rather you not reply at all.

I am not being harsh I just think encouraging obsessional behaviour is not a good thing.... honestly I think this lady needs help.

I'm not trying to be confrontational just factual

If I was encouraging obsessive behaviour then I would be saying yes this is definitely what's happening to you and you will have a lovely baby at the end of it.

At no point have I said that. I have said it has been known. Why reply to my comment of that yet no one else who has also said cryptic pregnancies have been known?

Maybe this woman has got an under lying problem and maybe she does need help but you being confrontational and the manner of your comments isnt going to help her. Nor are any of our opinions. If this woman truly believes this is what happening to her even though professionals haven't found anythin, then our comments, people who have no relevance to this lady will make no difference at all.

The way I see it is a woman knows her own body and because we as humans don't understand something or there's "no proof " doesn't mean it can't happen things can and do with no explanation all the time around the world. The lady has come on here for support not to be judged in anyway in a couple month she'll know and hopefully she'll share her story with us. If anything it's intriguing to find out. I wish you all the best. If it's support your looking for you've got it here. I'm not judging something or someone I know nothing about 💗🤗😘
