I am tired.

So I’m 22 weeks pregnant and today I haven’t been able to get out of bed I am literally so tired I’m guessing it’s becauaw the way few days have been busy with Christmas and stuff. Does anyone else have these days? I have just dozed in and out of sleep all day i feel exhausted. X

You could have low iron or low vitamin b12 if you get in touch with your midwife they will do a blood test x

I felt like this when I was pregnant. Christmas is exhausting anyway so that’s probably why you’re feeling extra tired. As Mammato3 suggested you could have low iron levels so definitely request a blood test. Also try to stay hydrated and eat well to keep your energy levels up as well as gentle exercise like yoga, walking or swimming (I know these can be difficult when you’re tired but they can help).
