I had a rather unclear fibroid diagnosis last year, when I talked to the doctor about my scan she didn't understand my questions about the type of fibroid it was or whether it would affect my fertility, She gave me the written print out from the scan to answer my questions, but it isn't very clear. I called the ultrasound department for further details but they told me to talk with my doctor again, and again she didn't know what I was asking or any more details. Can anyone tell if my fibroid is more likely to be in the wall of my uterus or protruding out from what little was written on my scan report?
There is an area of altered echogenicity on the anterior wall measuring 32 x 19 x 33mm, appearance are suggestive of fibroid, no endometrial involvement.
