3 days late, white milky discharge with negative test

Can some please reply.. I really need some suggestions as am really freaking out.

My periods are always spot in but this time its 3 days late and I get white milky discharge. Yesterday I had itchy breast and sore breast. Took Test which some cheap strips but its all negative.

Anyone gets white milky discharge before BFP?

Could it be thrush rather than being pregnant?
