There's no particular food that will make your chances at getting pregnant better so it's really up to you what you want to eat and how much.

Okay thankyou, it's just me and my partner have been having a lot of sex recently and we really want a baby and last week I've been eating a lot of lettuce with salad cream... I don't know why and I haven't had my period so far yet this month either!!

Im also having a lot of salad cream with lettuce and cheese and tomatoes too and today I had cheese with salad cream!!

I'm just getting addicted to it!!

Thankyou for replying Hunnie xx

No particular food is proven to help get you pregnant, though a healthy diet can make sure you are in the best health to grow a baby when it does happen.

When was your period due? I was craving cheese only a week after conceiving (before i really knew i was pregnant!)

Good luck, and dont try too hard. It will more than likely happen when you are least expecting it to. X

My wife and I were having troubles second time round. So we cut out booze and went to bed early and were pregnant in a month!

Hi, i changed my diet completely when i was trying to get pregnant. I just made sure that i eat healthy, make sure you eat fish, beef, dairy, fruits and veg and anything else that is good for you, i also took conception supplements. I don't know if it helped but it didn't do any harm. Took me a year to get pregnant.

Just eat healthy and enjoy life and try not to think about getting pregnant and it may just happen.
