I had it for the first few weeks and it went away and now it's back and is only striking at evening meals and nighttime and it's making me feel horrible! And tips for the nausea side also I'm so tired I'm falling asleep so easily it's unreal.

There isn't really much you can do to avoid it but I would suggest having smaller meals and healthy snacks throughout the day. Avoid strong flavours too!
