Is it maybe just your blood rushing? I read somewhere that our hearts work 50% harder when we're pregnant because of all the extra blood in our system. I'm definitely hearing the throbbing noise in my ear much louder when I lie down to go to bed - like I've just been running or working out. (Also 24 weeks!)

I asked Gp yesterday and he said it is normal to experience such strange stuff in pregnancy ,but if it persists then i need to go for check up.I hear the noise mostly when am relaxed.Hope it isn't anything serious!!!

Hi,

Yes. It's normal. Had the same as well. Went to the gp as thought my migrane had become something worse.Gp Said it's our heart beat.

Tinnitus in pregnancy. I was getting the same thing and googled the other day and it seems to be a thing. Mine comes and goes, hope yours does too. From what I read the other day, it normally goes away after birth.

I had the same and I found drinking water would make it go away. Took it as a sign of being a bit dehydrated.
