I am 24 weeks pregnant with my 4the child.. I had my last one 9&1/2 yrs ago, and feels like forever ago, lol. Anyway i have had sore breasts before and expected growing, sore boobs.. But the last week or so, a my nipples are EXTREMELY sore, I have been wearing a sports bra to bed because they're getting huge, and every moment where my nipples even touch my clothing just hurts. any advice on how to ease nipple pain? Moisturise and massage. Reducing salt intake also reduced water retention in breacts.
Get rid of the bra. LEt them loose as much as you can
