Breast stiffness

I am having breast stifness my period date Is not near n i m not married n there is no symptom of having breast cancer so y I feel heaviness on my breast from last two week

Might have to see your doctor if you are concerned, but breast heaviness is very common depending on your cycle.

Also I'm not sure what not being married has anything to do with it, unless you mean you're not sexually active which is not really the same thing

This could be anything - hormones or tiredness, or overexertion. Speak with your local doctor as they can rule out what it may or may not be xx

From my personal experience of having periods for 15 years: they can change in intensity, duration etc. Few years ago I started having tender breasts when I ovulate - which is 2 weeks after my last periods first day. A they would stay tender and hard and size bigger untill my next period (which is 2 weeks in total) Very uncomfortable. I read that "Estrogen peaks in the middle of the cycle, while progesterone levels rise during the week before menstruation" so I suppose both of these hormones are very active in my body and maybe overdo what they are supposed to do!

However, your case might be something else, so best is to check it with doctor! Good luck!
