hi all i m 6 week pregnant... last year i lost my 1st pregnancy during 9th week .. bcoz doctor told no baby inside . so bit worried this time to.. need some healthy tips

First thing you need to do is stay positive. Eat healthy and look after yourself well. Don't worry too much coz worrying can lead to anxiety and trust me you don't want to experience anxiety and be pregnant at the same time.

To keep your mind at ease, Talk to your GP or Midwife.

I'd agree with everything but also take folic acid or pregnancy vitamins if you are not already. Congratulations x

Don't smoke, don't drink. Reduce caffeine (have tea not coffee and remember chocolate contains caffeine too). I normally do intense interval training but dr advised me to not exert myself until week 12 (I miscarried last year). Only exercise if you are comfortable and get doctor's advice. Try feroglobin for iron and minerals. Don't let your body overheat. (Limit exercise, don't go sauna or steam room). Good luck x
