I'm currently 35+5 days and I've started getting sever braxton hicks to the point there waking me up and lasting around 70-80 secs for around 10 mins but they eventually subside. I don't think I'm in labour s I've had no show but my pads are starting to get more wetter if that makes sense.

I would call the hospital and explain what's going on just in case, it's not going to hurt to be safe and call, they might even get you in for an examination. Best of luck

Oh bless your heart, hope its not too uncomfortable for you, it's not fun, try to rest yourself when you can and let everyone look after you. Wishing you all the best with everything 😊

You're not the only one Hun. I'm the same at 37 weeks. My husband had to ring mid wife out of hrs the other night as it was so bad. She advised me to have a hot bath which relaxed me. Call your out of hours midwife number and see what they suggest if or when it happens again. Number should be on your baby notes. Good luck.

I rang them last night cause of the pain they said the same to me i have really bad trapped nerve and I'm sleeping ll day pretty much but I'm in so much pain I was so upset they just said that. Hope things go ok for you xx

I had labour pains about 10 days before my waters broke but for some they never do break. Are you visiting the loo a lot more that is also a sign. It feels a bit like a water infection? Mine were 3 mins apart contractions but then suddenly stopped then days later my waters broke.

I'm just in that much pain paracetemol doesn't work. And I'm going a lot but it doesn't feel like an infection as I had a couple during preganant and they come in waves like I'll just have dull period like cramping and uncomfortable back and hips then the pain omg I could pass out but they come for around 70-90 secs for around 10 mins then stop for a bit xxx

Yes it sounds like labour to me that's how I was. Are you timing how far apart they are? If it gets too bad take yourself to hospital. Even if it's to scan you to see what's going on. They tell you not to but you know your own body x

Sorry just read that you are timing them. If they get closer together or the pain gets worse just take yourself into hospital. Many things can happen x
