Download the Sprout or Bounty app (just ones I use, there are many more), they will ask for this info and these will tell you how far gone you are in weeks

They calculate your due date from the first day of your last period not from when you conceived. You will get a confirmed date when you have your dating scan.

I have just had a scan and was told I was 13 weeks rather than 12 weeks 2 days. Doesn't fit with my period dates but that is what the baby measured!

If your period was in the 23rd September you 5weeks pregnant tomorrow. From your dates this would make you due 30th June (assuming a 28day cycle). However neither this nor the scanning are exact. Babies come when they are ready to come ... hence why 38-42 weeks is considered full term.

if you have regular menstruation every 28 days, you can use calculate with this. the +7 for the first day tht you got ur periode, -3 at the months and +1 for year,u had ur periode. so if the last ur periode 23 september 2016, maybe you will delivery ur baby at 30 june 2017. now ur pregnancy was 4 weeks 6 days. tomorrow will be 5 weeks
