Sore errct nipples

My nipples are constantly erect and sore. They have been from i was pregnant 7 years ago. I did not breastfeed as my LO was in intensive care. The tip is crusty and around it is bumpy and sore. Please give me any advice.

Not much you can do about the erect nipples. WhAt you can do is get some nipple cream (like lanisoh - the purple one) like used in breast feeding. Also make sure your wearing a good padded bra that doesn't rub, or any other friction the nipples are undergoing. Id also suggest seeing your gp to make sure you don't have a skin condition affecting your nipples.

Go to doctors hundreds they should be able to give u some special ointment if not use can buy similar over counter x
