I took a pregnancy test came out positive , went to ob and got a blood test and a ultra sound and they saw no sac but called and said I had a dangerously low blood count and said I will miscarry this week ? I am taking another blood test Monday do you think I'm still pregnant ?

They are taking your blood again to see if the hcg goes up. It could be really low if you're really early on in the pregnancy. But if it drops rather than goes up it means your having a miscarriage. Have you had any pain or bleeding? Sometimes they can't see stuff on scans if it's early.. how far along are you?

I haven't had bleeding yet ,but I had weird cramps in the morning and my butterflies went away and my breast tenderness went away , but I've been really stressed cause the guy who got me pregnant hasn't talked to me and I think that's why I'm so stressed maybe

Your hcg levels should be doubling each day, so the second set of bloods should confirm a significant increase in your levels if the pregnancy is continuing.

How come the doctors did bloods/scan so early on? Was there something that happened to cause concern.

I'd suggest as much rest as possible & trying not to stress. Hope everything is ok with your little one.

4 weeks is early so don't worry if they didn't see anything on scan so early that's normal. And it is early so might explain the low hcg..Hopefully it'll go up on the next test
