Pregnancy worries

Hi am almost ten weeks pregnant. Been having lower left abdominal pain since then beginning of my pregnancy.. I don't go to their bathroom normal at all but once I go my pain eases soo is it just gas pains. Or should I be worried and go get checked..

Some people find the wauy their digestive system works when pregnant changes it's common to get constipated it's all to do with hormones and relaxing muscles or something. Does the pain completely dissappear when you go to the loo or does it just ease a bit? Does the pain come back quickly or? Might be worth getting checked out just to check everything is fine cos you'll probably worry otherwise... try the midwife first and if they won't see you try gp xx
