Hi, not sure how strong can be the movements at 20 weeks ...anyway, try to have some cold drink, coffeee, chocolate or play some music. If baby still does not move, go to the hospital. Better safe, than sorry. Good luck and enjoy your pregnancy till the end:)

Until you hit around 25 weeks the kicks probably won't get majorly regular. The midwives have said to me this time that it's quite important to monitor kicks whereas previously it wasn't as strict about kicks. If you don't feel anything at all for a few days at this stage I think that's normal but like I said when you hit 25weeks and start with the big kicks and thumps it should have a pattern. Try not to worry to much just keep an eye and if you are really worried ring your midwife they'll be able check heartbeat and make sure all is ok

Hi. From what I can remember in my first pregnancy this happened a lot. Remember at this stage baby has a lot of room to move. Regular movements happened from about 24 weeks for me. If you are concerned ring midwife x
