If you're worried you should ring your midwife. You should always ring if you feel movements have reduced.

You should always ring your midwife immediately if you notice any change in movements. They'll probably ask you to go to hospital to be checked out. Hope all is ok with you and baby xx

always get checked with reduced movement, im surprised your midwife did not tell you this, feeling some movement is reassuring but its not enough, go get checked

Call the midwife, better safe than sorry

Yes, do call the midwife, but try not to panic. As the baby gets bigger, it has less room to move around so you will feel less/different movement than before. When I was pregnant and concerned that I hadn't felt the babies (twins) move in a while, I ate pineapple or something sugary, which seemed to send them wild. You may find that certain foods or drinks can make them move more so, if you haven't felt them move in a while, then eat or drink those things.
