My first pregnancy

I am 7 weeks pregnant with urine and blood tests false i have not had my period since March 27th and the doctors are convinced im not pregnant but i am sure i am i was just wondering if any other person has experienced this because this is my first pregnancy

If you would be seven weeks then a blood test and a urine test would come up positive. You're not pregnant.

It could be pseudopregnancy. Or you might be low on vitamin d and that's why you lost your period. If you lose weight too fast your period might dissappear too. Blood and Urine should show pregnancy by now

If it's your first "pregnancy " how are you sure you're pregnant. Skipping a period is very common. I'd say if you're that convinced id get an ultrasound privately to be sure, or wait to see if you get your period/ pregnancy test becomes positive. But as other posts at 7weeks it would be positive by now.

Hey im 17 i have jot had a perios since 24th mar h but negatives urind and blood tests but i know im pregnant i just know, i am havin nausea, boobs heavy aerola is going dafker n purpld get back and side and belly ache at night, but the doctora arent worried i have never mossed a period ever anx always regular 29 days to be exact i need help too but i dunno if i should demand a ultrasoumd.
