Unsure and scared

Hi all. Am currently 39 weeks + 2 with first baby, a little boy. Yesterday I started having dull pain in my lower back which then grew stronger and moved round to my front. Had a bath and that seemed to ease the pain. However woke up this morning with same dull pains and after going to the toilet, by the time I reached my bed again my trousers and inside legs were wet.. Just wanted advice or opinions on whether this could be the start of something or not? Thank you!!

At 39+2 it could well be. If you think your waters went you should be calling your midwife as they would normally want to check things out. Good luck, it will be worth it! X

I agree with Roxannacar, best to give your midwife a call and get checked out. Good luck!
