I'm pregnant with twins and this happened to be around 18 weeks. There's a good app from the NHS called 'Squeezy' which helps you track your pelvic floor exercises and advises you on how to do them properly. I'm 23 weeks now and can sneeze without fear after using it for the past 5 weeks.
