Thick White discharge and Period cramps??

I've been experiencing thick white discharge (no smell,weird texture or itchiness) and period like pains.

I have had some bleeding that lasted 7 days on and of through out the day and varying from heavy and light (about a few weeks ago) also my periods have been very irregular after removing my implant February 2015. The pains are bearable but sharp and do worsen over time, also I have been light headed and hot as well as being able to eat a lot more than usual and wanting to eat more.

Can anyone tell me what it could possibly be??

My guess would be thrush or infection, you need to get checked properly x

Sounds like an infection. Although maybe do a pregnancy test to rule that out too
