Muscle tenderness

Has any one ever been so sick that the muscles in your tummy is sore. I even find it hard to breathe. What can I use for it.

I pulled my back with sickness, and was taking paracetamol. I rang the doctors as the paracetamol wasn't really helping and she said if I really couldn't handle the pain a very occasional single ibuprofen tablet would be ok. You just need to weigh up the risks against the benefits. I took two ibuprofen tablets in the one week and that helped me, and my gorgeous girl is absolutely perfect. 😍 x

Thanks LottyB , my back and my tummy feels so sore I can't even turn in bed at nights.

When you get near the end of the pregnancy you can't turn anyway! 🙈 the pain will ease in a few days when your muscles have recovered. Just be gentle on yourself. Xx

Yea they gave me co dydromol but was reluctant to prescribed. I am also trying a warm bath. I td my husband and my 17 year old not to go too far as they will have to lift me from the bath. Dwl.
