Hi

I had problem and doctor gave me medicine now i am ok. My period continue.

My question is that how it do it. Doctor said me that embryo not proper implant in the uterus so that i lost it. Is due to any nutritional problem. What precautions should i do to getting pregnant again.

I am thankful to all persons who reply me.

Oh sorry to hear that my lovely.

Make sure you eating a healthy balanced diet, full of all food groups, keep active and exercise a bit, look after yourself in general. Get plenty of sleep and give yourself time to relax. Reduce any stresses in life (try to anyway). Be happy!

Your body will struggle with the idea of pregnancy if it thinks you are under a lot of stress.

I hope something happens for you soon x
