Over emotional

I seem to get really upset and stressed out over the smallest of things. I'm a full time mum and my daughter is 13 months. Before having a baby I was strong and rarely showed my emotions. Anybody else like this ? Thanks x

Are you on any contraceptive? I came off the depo for this reason and felt a million times better! Just stopped taking the mini pill and feel better still! I'm guessing hormones don't work for me!

I am. I have a lot going on. My emotions are so bad that I have not handle things in the best way possible. I have been having high anxiety (like I want to crawl out of my skin)....and never feel like. I am glad to know I am not the only one...you are not alone :)...
