Hi lovelies. As it's been 7 years since my last pregnancy, is it normal to feel this grim so early on ( 4 weeks )? Tired beyond belief, feeling sick as a pig and carrying round boobs like beaten up breeze blocks lol. Xx

In a word yes! - unfortunately as you mentioned its probably the fact that it's been 7 yrs since you were last pregnant so it playing havoc with your hormones, body temperature & all the above.

I found out I was pregnant at 4 and a half weeks. I'd had a couple of dizzy spells, felt a bit frumpy and my boobs were sore. A couple of days after the positive test my morning sickness and extreme tiredness kicked in so it sounds about right.

Yes, isn't it funny how as soon as you know, it all starts up and worsens.. I'm 7 years from my last pregnancy too and have also felt nauseous and exhausted for most of the last 18 weeks... slowly improving though. I thought it might be because I am having a girl this time (two boys already) or it might just be because I'm 'old' as my sister put it... I'm 33! Good luck with the next few weeks :)

Hi there, sorry to hear that you are feeling rough. It is all normal and as already mentioned it is the hormones playing havoc, once your body gets used to this then everything will calm down, take it easy and remember that it will all be worth it in the end. I wish you all the best. XXX
