My little girl is 4 1/2 months and it's ony been for the last month that we've had a nap time routine. I just kept an eye on the times she was falling asleep and stuck to that. Now when it's nap time I'll give her her snugly teddy and she knows it's nap time but usually they'll let you know when they're tired anyway :)

Ava's nap times are mid morning for an hourish and again around 2. Your routine will usually just fall into place :) x

itS always best to introduce one as soon as baby is in a day and night routine my little boy from 4months had a 2-3hr morning nap and a 1hr late afternoon nap. Its always best to let them tell U when their tired then making them go at a certain time to suit you as they will go roughly same time daily anyway. x

I put my baby down for a nap 1.5 to 2 hours after a feed. That's seems to be the time that he's always tired. He'll sleep until it's time for his next feed. Rinse and repeat! That's three naps before bed time. 8am ish, 12pm ish and 4pm ish.
