I took a pregnancy test today (the one that flat out says "pregnant" or "not pregnant") and I waited until I really had to pee, but the urge was more intense than how much I did pee. It came out negative but took a minute (I took another one about 3 weeks ago and it came out negative too) but maybe it was inaccurate? The one I took today was two weeks after expected period.

Take a test first thing in a morning your hormone levels are higher at this point
3 weeks ago was too early for this period (unless you ovulate early in your cycle), the test you took yesterday was more than long enough after your period to show pregnancy normally. There are rare cases where it doesn't, and if you're worried you should visit your GP.
