I'm the same, mine was six months ago, haven't shifted it yet but joined slimming world last week. Not been an easy week with a teething baby tryi g to be organised enough for a diet but really tryi g. I don't know what your diet is like or even how much you have to loose but even simple things like an extra few walks will help. Good luck x

U need to get ur core muscles strong again.... which will help keep ur tummy muscles toned. .. Can u Start some exercise classes.... Things like pilates, yoga etc.....I used to do an amazing class which was a combo of pilates, yoga and tai chi.... Give ur local gym a call and ask about classes or get a dvd and do at home? X
