Is my wife pregnent???

My wife get her periods between 16 to 21 of every month normally but this time she is not getting her periods but she is having her before periods cramps mainly during night and twice the pregnency test came negative. And she had her last periods heavy. I want to know is she pregnent or something else is the matter???

I would go to the doctor and explain the symptoms. It may be nothing but it could be an ectopic pregnancy which could be dangerous if left. Or it could be something else entirely. Also depends on age, etc. But go talk toa GP asap.
