Coping with CLL Night Sweats

I have a very simple tip for all of you who are experiencing bad night sweats. Simply put one or two towels on your bed sheet and sleep on them. Similarly put a towel over your pillow.

Unlike sheets and pillow cases, towels absorb the sweat and you don't have the feeling of having woken up in a puddle. I find this tip really helps me to cope with CLL.
