Am I Pregnant if not what could it be???

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone can help me. for the past week and a bit I have been feeling quite nauseous and really tired. I put it down to my period being due. I started on Friday and was heavy for 2 days and not so much on the last day. It is very unusual for me I always have at least 5 days of heavy to medium bleeding. I am still really tired and feeling sick, but not actually being sick, Also my breast are quite sensitive. Me & my husband have been trying for a baby for over a year, so I don't want to get my hopes up, I have had sooo many negative tests over the past year I am a bit apprehensive about getting another one and getting my hopes up. Could it be anything other than being pregnant?
