I only drink black tea or mint tea drank one or 2 black teas per day. Never heard its bad during pregnancy and j had a perfect pregnancy and a perfectly healthy son!
Just need to be careful with total daily caffeine intake. NHS confirms recommended amounts x
Shouldn't be a problem, need to watch caffeine but I was always being told by the doctor and midwife to put my feet up with a cup of tea so can't be bad for you x
