Hiya, I am looking for a lightweight stroller which can be accepted by flights also. Is there anybody who bought chicco liteway for newborns? It has flat option only there is no parent facing but the baby will be winter baby. We wont be outside for long time.

Does anyone know how this works? Do you have to pay for outsized luggage to allow you to take a buggy on?
