Water in half the brain

Hi ladies I'm 29weeks now and at 25wks my gynae said half of the brain has lots of water and half looks normal and sent me to neurologist, and the neurologist sad its nothing to worry about at this stage until my second app which is tomorrow and I'm so scared ever since, did anybody ever experience this?

Yes! This happened to me at 20w scan with 2 cysts, one on each side. When I went back a few weeks it was all fine. It's very normal apparently for them to appear and then disappear. Horrible wait though, I really feel for you. Good luck with the second scan xx

Thank u so much, I couldn't sleep last night bt today I'm over the moon the doctor said it has dissapeared and it looks normal now, thanks God, and thank u so much

I'm so pleased! God what a relief for you. I do think scans are great but for every parent they warn about a problem there are 99 they worry the bejesus out of unnecessarily!
