Why on earth do we watch it .... especially us first timers lol

It doesn't freak me out, just get really tearful when the little ones are born and it makes me want to get there quicker lol

Did anyone else nearly cry with the lady who was already over-due about a wk or so & had not felt the baby move for over 12hrs & thanks to the work of "trainee midwife" she was sent to the triage dept and they performed an emergency C-sec.

Ahhrrrrrh!

I know!

But it did give me a Lil reassurance to know that we still have (if just a few) dedicated NHS / Maternity staff who are willing to act so quickly

I cannot watch it at the moment, have 3 episodes recorded, 1 b4 birth n 2 after so recon I would just cry too much as its so emotional with labour still being so 'fresh' in my mind. X
