Ah feeling your pain. I am 34 week plus 6 days and literally getting hardly any sleep at night or in the day.

I wake up each morning around 6 am regardless of what kind of night I had then train from 7 till 8 am and felt OK doing this throughout my pregnancy but for the last couple of week I have found it really hard to keep up with my routine and find myself needing nap right after my breakfast. Everything seems to be getting harder these days but I am told it is to be expected.

Good on you for going to have a nap when you can though and I hope you don't feel bad about it. We just have to take each days as it comes and rest as much as possible before our bundles of joy arrive and we got no time for anything so enjoy your rest while you can :-)

Sounds Like u have done really well training up to this point! Helps alot... ur bounce back after having ur baby! I Couldn't of trained at all through the whole pregnancy!

To be honest it helped me a lot training till this point mentally and physically as I was really struggling with the fact I am putting weight and can't do nothing bout it. Been into fitness all my life so I guess this is why I was ok to keep on going. Though now I am totally fine that I had to stop and throw in the towel and say can't do it any longer haha. I am sure you will bounce back in no time too, you got two little ones to keep you active most of the day so don't underestimate how much you are doing too x

Hi I am 34 weeks and even find it difficult to lift my feet to climb the stairs. I wish I go do all da things I use to before getting pregnant but that's just not possible. At nights I have to hold on to the head board of the bed to roll myself over. If I get up to walk I have to draw my legs for a bit before I can lift them due to pain in my hips. I am just praying for the next 3 weeks to come. To confirm if I will be definitely having a c sections this is two much.
