That'll be baby's head engaging, I'm due a day after you and am feeling the same. It's my second and baby has already engaged, unengaged and started all over again so am feeling lots of sharp pains down below! Any severe pain should be investigated but it sounds perfectly normal to me :-) x

I hope you don't have it but its worth knowing the other symptoms. It's progressive & all you can do is learn to manage it. It talks about physio referrals & stuff like that but when I saw GP for rib pain which i had suffered with since wk16. I was told 6 month waiting list so I try to manage the conditions myself and have tried to take this into account with birth plan.

I too been in physio in past for tilted and a rotated pelvis, my work has always involved heavy lifting & a car accident in my mini at 19 prob didn't help matters.

I spend most of my day keeping feet elevated to combat oedema and trying keeping hips and thigh comfortable (there is no such thing! Lol) Cummon baby I say! X
