My Baby's Beat for iPhone, works great for me! Lots of fun.

Use it as it was intended though, as a novelty. If you will get upset about not finding a heartbeat then don't download it - remember its just a 'toy' rather than a medical but of kit.

It is addictive though, my friend also bought me a proper Doppler so that my son could listen to the heartbeat and we're always eavesdropping on baby! X

I first found it at around 13 weeks but I think it says in the info that it could be as late as 16 before baby's little heart is audible. I hope it works for you, I love it :-)

I didn't know there was an app for that. I used the app for monitoring contractions which helped a treat.

A contraction timer is a must! There's no way I could be piddling about with stopwatches hehe. My other half is an app developer so I've tasked him with writing me my own app for when I go in to labour this time so that we don't forget anything and can time the contractions ;-)

just be careful if you arnt very far along yet you may struggle to find the heartbeat, my midwife refused to look for my little mans at 16 weeks because she said it was too soon and that is a professional, like Dons88 above has said use it as a toy, especially if you arnt far along

I downloaded the app but never managed to find the heartbeat in all the time I was pregnant. Hope it works for you.

I tried baby beat, but I found iStethoscope picked up better on my iPhone 3g. I'm a large lady so had to press quite firmly to get a decent heartbeat, and was only really successful after about 28 weeks ish.x
