Wow, ur moan makes me sound like a right whinging cow haha! Short and sweet! i need to remember that! Sorry to hear the heats getting to you. Ive been bad with it too, Ive found that when ive been really hot, sitting in a cold bath for a while really helped me. Helped reduce some foot and ankle swelling too. My midwife said it was a great idea. But i dont suffer with your ailments, so im not sure if it would help u at all. Maybe your excema?? It hasnt been so hot where i am in the past few days like it was a week ago so havent felt the need to jump in a cold bath/shower so much, but any hotter and i'll be in there again. Hope u get some sleep, and i hope I'm in bed before 4am tonight *fingers crossed*

When I became overdue with my son, my Pompholox eczema flared up across my hands and normal eczema flared up across the back of my hands all the way up my arms to my armpits. So I di sympathise as I didn't know where to put myself I was in so much pain! It did go away after I gave birth. Although I am still struggling with the Pompholox. My suggestion was to use emollient cream on the eczema, have baths in cetroben white paraffin, occasionally used an ice pack and use steroid cream on the worst parts. All were ok whilst pregnant and it did seem to help. The midwives sympathised but there wasn't much else they could do. There have been previous posts on this subject recommending some herbal remedies if you do a search. Hope it gets better and the cooler weather helps.
