How long did it take you after you had stopped taking the pill to get pregnant?

Hi I was on cerazette and stopped in June 2012 I fell pregnant end of September 2012 spot on 12 days after my period. My monthly cycle wasn't really the normal either anything from 26 days to 45 days whilst on the pill and when I came off. Think I was just lucky . Good luck x

I was on Cilest for 7 years and I stopped in the Feb and I had a positive test in the March. I went back on the pill after my 1st baby and then came off the pill to TTC and it took a bit longer with my 2nd. Everyone is different.

8 months. My sister-in-law was on the pill and fell pregnant twice, and my brother-in-law's girlfriend of one month fell pregnant with TRIPLETS whilst still on the pill, so go figure

I was on mycrogynon for 5 years before my first and it took 5 months to fall pregnant. I had a mirena coil afterwards and this time got pregnant 6 weeks after having it removed. Everyone's different unfortunately so it's impossible to know how long it will take you. Good luck!!!

I was on cerazette and stopped taking it at Christmas and was pregnant by the beginning of Feb so about 6 weeks. Some people fall straight away and others take a while. There are other factors involved as well, ie if you're stressed at work etc or putting too much pressure on yourself to fall. My friend hasn't ovulated for the past 18 months because she has been so desperate to conceive but now she's stopped worrying about it so much she's started again!

i was on microgynon for 16 years and stopped takinng it in October 2012 and fell pregnant in Feb 2013 so 4 months - but everyone is different. i found it helped to know exactly when i was ovulating to increase chances of getting pregnant

I read it was important to have a 'proper period' (to work due dates from); so, I had my pill period, didnt start taking it again, had my proper period (used barrier protection during this time) then started trying after my 'proper period'. Never had another one. Got pregnant straight away, and I'm now 11 weeks + 1

I found out I was pregnant today! I had only been off the pill 5 or 6 days when I conceived! I was on cerezette! A bit of a suprise as I did not expect to fall pregnant so quickly! It took 6 months from coming off the pill last time when I feel pregnant.

I was on microgynon for 13 years and it took me about 10 months. Didn't have a proper period between coming off the pill and getting pregnant so it was quite a surprise! Now have a beautiful 3 week old girl everyone is different but if you've been trying for a while don't lose hope as the pill can do funny things to your body for a while after coming off! Xxx
