HI all, i'm just over 31 weeks now and my little girl must have discovered a talent for break-dance because at time she moves so abruptly and makes those funny twists that it almost hurts! She is most active at night, between 11pm-1am non stop, and kicking my bladder and ribs so hard i sometimes have to hold my belly and squeal!
I'm happy she's active and moving a lot, just not sure if it's supposed to hurt? (not a massive pain but still!)
thanks ladies xx

Hi Nirvanca.i was gonna write similar post lol.i'm 30weeks now and my girl is the most active at night time.but in the day she can give me some strong kicks as well.i had to ring my midwife as sometimes i can feel she's pushing my cervix.but i've been told thats normal as she's lying in transverse position.when she kicks my bladder thats so painful and makes me leak little bit...i can assure you its so normal.i remember my firts one used to kick me in my ribs and i was screaming sometimes.i thought i was different for not liking it
Thanks Neska for your answer - i too was feeling my bladder with some kicks (and now i have yet another UTI on top of that but it's good to know it's normal).
I think mine must be transverse as well, as i can never feel her kicks down/up, it's always on the sides!
im 28 weeks and i think im horrible saying that i dont like the kicks. its natural to most people but i have little water and more baby. so feel it soo much. the digs in my ribs, kicks punches, somersaults....
he kicks strong throughout the day. and its not just a one off from time to time, its for an hour at a time. in the night is worst as you seem to relax more and baby is obviously very very clever it hurts more when he kicks right by my belly button! i jump and yelp as its strong and irrirating. mine sits low in my cervix and sometimes when he kicks i have to run to toilet.
Thankfully im not the only one to feel like this lol x
