I've been getting pains from lower back round to my groin on my right side it's not the always but when it comes its very painful what could this be???

I am getting the exact same thing! When it comes on its really painful. I did think I might check with my midwife tomorrow If it doesn't improve. Had it on and off most of today, first had it about a week ago. Am really constipated( sorry TMI!) and wondered if it was that. How many weeks are you? I'm 35 tomorrow

I'm only 7 weeks and been having problems had scan last Friday but there was no bby only a sac :(( and doctor ain't referring me to midif until after next son on 7th June and been havin these pains for opulent of days xxxx

If the pain is really bad and doesnt settle Ring your gp first thing in the morning or if its bad during the night ring the out of hours service. It may just be your uterus growing and ligaments stretching. I really hope it all goes well for you. The 7th must seem ages away to you but it will be here before you know it. I had crampy

i had the same problem wen i was about 6/7wks. I didn't knw i was pregnant at the time so thort i was goin to start my period but then i found out 2days later i was pregnant. Then i started to lose a bit of blood so went straight to a&e, i was admitted n kept in hospital for a few days. 1st scan showed sac but no baby then within a couple of days i had another scan n there my baby was with a tiny little heartbeat they had to do a vaginal scan tho as the abdominal scan wasn't clear to c anything. It was a very scary few days, i've lost 3 babies before and thort history was repeatin itself. Turns out my body was just preparin itself for the change. I'm now 33wks, been a difficult pregnancy but my babys fine. Plenty of rest and paracetamol for the pain n u'll b fine. I have my fingers crossed for u x x
