After a brill 2 days am feeling the hit today.

Thought I was getting over lauseyness and ackes and pains for the last few weeks so thought I would make the most of the bank holiday weekend. Saturday shopping spree with my friend was out all day came home to go to a bbq then my partner and I went to the pub to aee a band. Sunday I took the littln to the seaside and the shows lots more walking and not as relaxing as I had thought it would be. Started to feel the stiffness creep in last nigjt and today I can barely move with my hops and SPD in total agony and feeling very sickly and shakey. Not impressed to much at once I think. Seamed like a good idea at the time. Xx

You need to rest sounds like a fun packed weekend but you must slow down your body is obviously telling you that was too much. Take it easy few warm baths with a bit of rdox muscle soak and you,ll be ok in a day or two but take note that it was too much xx
