Hi wonder if anyone can help or relate please i came off the cerazette pill in septemer 2012 and since had irregular AF but this time iv got brown spotting no enough to use a tampon just there when i wipe its only been 2 days but just wondering what could be going on if anyone knows please help also have slight cramps tha ks

This could be implantation bleeding! Should be a tiny amount and maybe two days the most.

What date did you ovulate, seven days after is when the egg is fertilised and implant into the uterus, from this point it takes another seven days for your body to produce hcg, hence the two week wait best to wait till your period is late, if it is then test

Dont use a tampon now, do a test in the morning if you can then you will know for sure.
