(OAB) Overactive Bladder CIPN Incontinence - Posterior Tibial Nerve Stimulaation (PTNS) or Sacral Neuromodulation

Chemo & RT in 2014 at MDAnderson, Texas. Past 5 years severe peripheral neuropathy from chemo, nerve damage, damage to pudental nerve and resulting Overactive Bladder incontinence. Literature appears to suggest that PTNS or Sacral Neuromodulation may reenervate nerves and control incontinence. Anyone in UK heard of this? Also, often bowel movements come on without any warning and I have to take a shower. Any way to control this? In USA, no help, no knowledge or interest in our issues by medical establishment, with a LOT of focus on penile implants and erection issues, but not CIPN (chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy), etc.

Thanks for any info.

I had sacral neuromodulation and it did not really work for my bladder issues. Maybe a 5% improvement, which was not worth it. I also found the implanted device difficult to locate and use. I had it removed after a year
