Hi Miasnan, sounds like you are having a terrible time. Are you in the UK? Do read some of the helpful posts people have made. Everyone is unique and although many symptoms of PRD are the same we all have different abilities to cope. Do not put up with debilitating issues. See your health professional and be honest about what you're dealing with. It's hard not to feel embarrassed and upset but to find things that maybe available to help you it's worth that embarrassment. You have to be proactive. So look through the chats here, make a note of what's working for some and see if trying a different diet, taking a different medication or just getting some further tests done via your health professionals. Hopefully you'll find something to help. Xx
