Pelvic pain - tight pelvic floor

Hi lovely people. I experienced pelvic pain for over a year after chemorad, however it seemed to resolve.

Recently I had an issue with my lower back/upper glute on the right side, which has now calmed down - however my body has done a flip around and I now have left sided pelvic/groin pain instead. Is this some kind of overcompensation of the pelvic floor?

I seriously feel like I dont know my body anymore - everything feels very tight despite stretching multiple times a day. Ah.

Thank you. I'm sorry you get this too! I had a thought that it could be bowel related ie left sided colitis, but who would know - its a mess down there!
