Hi Justinskidey. I too am a kidney transplant patient. When you said you are a double kidney transplant, not sure what you meant by that...2x receiver? I would love to discuss exercise and diet with you as I have become more involved with yoga, meditation and reiki healings, which began a long time ago, but try to incorporate this into my daily routine for a much strong overall wellness strategy. Do you practice any of the eastern arts or do you have a specific exercise program you follow? Curious too about your diet. Do explain. Ciao, BetterKidney4Me.
